The Founder

Alma Viva was founded by

Hedde Weijers.

With a background in real estate on the Costa del Sol, he experienced first-hand how fragmented and inefficient the traditional development process can be — both from a buyer’s and a developer’s perspective.

Alma Viva was created from a simple conviction:

that villa development should be approached as a structured, design-led product — not as an unpredictable process.

By combining commercial understanding with architectural direction, the focus is on building a scalable model that delivers clarity for the client and control over the outcome.
