What we are looking for

We are looking to partner with a limited number of investors who take a long-term view and understand the value of structured, product-driven real estate.

We prioritise alignment over volume.

This means working with individuals who not only provide capital, but also bring perspective, experience, or network that strengthens the model.

Familiarity with the Spanish residential market, or similar segments, is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.
